Smooth is the most essential texture in our range: a dense, even, completely matte surface, made for anyone who wants the design to do the talking rather than the material carrying it. The secret is in the micro-texture. The paper feels smooth, almost velvety, but it is never glossy: with no glare the wall stays readable from anywhere in the room and at any hour of the day, even facing a window or under spotlights. Fine detail — a thin line, a soft gradient, the grain of a photograph — stays sharp, and the colours hold the same intensity from the first drop to the last. It is also the most forgiving texture on real walls. The material has body and good covering power: it evens out the background, softens small flaws in the plaster and stays stable once dry, with no tension and no lifting at the corners. Hanging it is straightforward: you paste the wall and lay the dry drop onto it.
