I have read and accept the Artists Programme Agreement (version 1.2) Required Pursuant to articles 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code, I have read and specifically approve the following clauses of the GetinArt Artists Programme Agreement: articles 4.4, 4.5, 4.6 (Unique Works: exclusivity, restrictions on dealing with third parties and penalty); 5.2, 5.4 (indemnity and set-off of the related amounts against Royalties); 6.2, 6.5 (suspension and removal of Works and suspension of payments); 8 (reversals and set-off); 11 (moderation); 14.3 (limitation of liability for file storage); 15 (withdrawal and express termination clause); 17 (unilateral amendments and tacit acceptance); 19 (limitation of liability); 20 (jurisdiction). Required I declare that I am the author of the uploaded works or hold all rights to them, and that they do not infringe third-party rights (article 5 of the agreement) Required I would like to receive the GetinArt newsletter and promotional communications and I agree to the measurement of their opens and clicks (optional consent, can be withdrawn at any time, also for the measurement only) (optional)

Your data is processed to review your application and manage the agreement, as described in the Privacy Policy (Artists section). If your application is approved, your artist profile will be public.

Confirm with the email code

To confirm your acceptance we send a 6-digit code to the email address you entered. It counts as your signature of the agreement.

The agreement is concluded with the two tick boxes and the confirmation code received by email. You will also receive an email confirming your application.
