Artist terms
A summary of the GetinArt Artists Programme terms. This is an informational overview: the relationship is governed by the artist contract signed upon approval.
Royalty calculation basis
The royalty is calculated on the sale price of the print (the printed artwork), net of other costs: shipping, accessories, substrates, taxes and discounts applied to the customer. The percentage depends on the product type and is shown on the "How it works" page.
Payments
Accrued royalties are paid out monthly (usually on the 15th of the following month) via PayPal or bank transfer, to the details set in the artist profile. No minimum payout.
Intellectual property
The artist keeps 100% of the rights to their works. The licence granted to GetinArt is non-exclusive and limited to producing and selling the products on the platform; it is revocable as set out in the contract.
Requirements and responsibilities
The artist warrants the originality of the works and that they hold the rights to them. Content infringing third-party rights or applicable law is not allowed. GetinArt may remove non-compliant works and suspend the account in case of violations.
